"My State farm representative is actually William Holmes but somebody else needs to hear my story. If I knew that it was going to take an almost 2 hours from when I started the roadside assistance request to getting my car even picked up then I never wasted my time. What's the point of having such service if I can't have something fixed for me in a timely fashion. What in the world is that shop going to do when they're not even getting the car picked up until 45 minutes before they close. I sent my representative an email and left him a quite lengthy voicemail on the matter and how unimpressed I am with the lady on the phone and making me feel better or appreciated about the situation because this is ridiculous. I have passed the shop twice that the tow vehicle is going to be taken to and there's no reason for them taking an hour and a half to get here. For my insurance to have gone up as much as it has and to get this kind of service I am not referring anybody to State farm at the current moment. Learn from me. Roadside assistance will only contact the service provider to get an ETA on your pickup and will say it with no emotion whatsoever to make you feel better about the situation and how long that they're taking does whoever I spoke to had zero communication skills and zero appreciation for the fact that I was in a bind."
